Why we built it
Tax season shouldn’t mean a shoebox of receipts, a dozen browser tabs and endless back-and-forth. We built ProBooksApp so an accounting firm and its clients can work from the same organized place — from the first uploaded slip to the filed, signed return.
Built for Canadian firms
The tax module is designed around the Canadian T1 return, and documents live in Canadian-region storage by default. Security isn’t an add-on: files are encrypted, access is logged, and Social Insurance Numbers are redacted before any AI reads a document.
